Our policy lasts 30 days, only exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before exchanging your original purchase. This will ensure that you exchange item is in stock.
Once your return for exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. To be eligible for a return for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All merchandise must be returned with its original items included accessories and boxes which are part of the merchandise. If there are items that are either damaged or not returned within 30 days we have the right to refuse the items for exchanging or refunds.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you first recieve the package and if it has not been worn yet. We don't hold responsibility for what happens to the item after it gets worn. Shoes and clothing exchange only size. If not in stock another size then you can exchange shoes only for other shoes, or dress for another dress.
Shipping order if in stock or from Europe approximately 2 day-4 weeks. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipment notification with a tracking number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or refunding your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the company has given you free shipping or free tax for your original or sale order and you now want to return it for an exchange or refund you will be charged the shipping price and tax from the original or sale free shipping or free tax you received from part of your refund. If a customer demands a refund and the company has agreed for the refund, the company has a right to receive a 25% commission of the refund. If company gave to a customer a discount or coupon for next purchase because merchandise was damaged or any other reason when received; then the company has the right to refuse refund.
